A residential care home is a small, home-like setting where residents receive highly personalized care, attention, and support. Our goal is for every resident to feel safe, loved, known, and cared for like family.

Residential care homes are much smaller and provide more individualized attention. At Premier Assisted Living, our small setting and approximately 1:3 caregiver-to-resident ratio allow us to provide a more personal, concierge level of care.

A residential care home may be a great choice if your loved one has increased care needs, requires more hands-on assistance, or would benefit from closer attention throughout the day. A smaller environment can provide the support and familiarity that may be difficult to receive in a larger community.

We provide a simple, all-inclusive flat monthly rate. Care, medication administration, mobility and transfer assistance, housekeeping, laundry, meals, cable, utilities, and daily support are all included.

The greatest advantage is personalized care in a small, comfortable environment. Residents receive more individual attention, consistent caregivers, concierge-style service, and care tailored to their routines, preferences, and needs.

Our activities are personalized around each resident. We take the time to learn what they enjoy, what interests them, and what brings them happiness so activities feel meaningful rather than one-size-fits-all.

Yes. We are a Texas-licensed Type B Assisted Living Facility regulated by HHSC. Our licensure reflects our commitment to safety, professional standards, quality care, and accountability while still providing the warmth and personal attention of a small residential home.
